Evidence-Based Performance Measures is a six-week course grounded in 21 years of experience helping clients to overcome impediments to achievement.

The 3 components of EBPMs and how they combine to foster accountability
You'll apply:The 12 dimensions of meaningful measurability to your desired outcomes
You'll solve:The 5 mistakes most often made in the construction of performance measures
You'll receive:- Step-by-step instruction, augmented by weekly assignments
- On-demand audio/video presentations
- Live student interaction with instructor
- Online discussion opportunities

Each week at their own convenience, students will:
- View a recorded lecture (45 minutes)
- Respond online (45 minutes)
- Participate in a live session with Francie (60 minutes)
The live, interactive session each week is scheduled for Thursdays* at:
