“I attended the training session taught by Francie Dalton. It was the best training I have been a part of since I have been at AF&PA. Not only is she an excellent instructor, but the subject was just what we need from two different points of view.

“First, she really teaches us how to perfect goals, objectives and action plans. She shows us how to get it right.

“Second, her program will help us improve our performance review system and thereby improve the morale of our staff. She helps us set a clear path to follow and ensure that our work is judged in the fairest way possible.

“Her program is just what the doctor ordered.”
